However, recently on January 25th, 2021, there is a false information that is spread widely on social networks, making customers and partners feel anxious, bewildered as well as seriously affecting the image and brand of An Phu Gia.

Specifically, according to the information from the Facebook account named Nguyen Van Trung posted images with content related to An Phu Gia asking An Phu Gia to settle salaries for workers belonging to the subcontractor of   Ho Chi Minh City Construction Architecture Consultancy Joint Stock Company. Right now this article is shared over a lot of construction groups on Facebook.

Through the Certificate of  Personal Accident Insurance No. 20/15/04/TNCN/P000889, An Phu Gia Construction Joint Stock Company (APGCons) said that Mr. Nguyen Van Trung and the subcontractor team are both part of TP Ho Chi Minh City Construction Architecture Consultancy Joint Stock Company.

In addition, according to the content of Section 4 of the Minutes of Liquidance and Finalization of contracts related to construction contracts No. 1: TPT03/NTP/APGCONS/TP signed on December 31st, 2020, APGCons no longer has any responsibilities or benefits related to the subcontractors of TP Ho Chi Minh City Construction Architecture Consultancy Joint Stock Company.

Therefore, the things related to the team will be responsible by TP Ho Chi Minh City Construction Architecture Consultancy Joint Stock Company.

At the same time, in order to avoid directly affecting the company's image, APGCons has cited legal intervention to clarify and protect the brand of An Phu Gia Construction Joint Stock Company.
